My rates are $180/session for an individual 50-55 minute session. 80-90 minute sessions (usually for Lifespan Integration therapy) are $240.00. I accept personal check, credit card, or HSA card. To accommodate those who cannot afford to pay a full fee, I have a limited amount of sliding-scale slots.
At this time, I am paneled (an in-network provider) with Kaiser, Premera, and Lifewise insurances. If you would like insurance to pay for your therapy, we will discuss a plan for billing. Often I can bill insurance providers directly, but sometimes you will need to pay me for sessions and submit a receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is a good idea to check your outpatient mental health benefits before we meet. You are responsible for knowing your coverage and for letting me know if/when your coverage changes.
